The last photography strategy that I will talk about is Silent Background. Silent Background is when an image makes its subject stand out by having a plain or "quiet" background. To take one of these pictures, you must have few or no distractions in the background so that your subject pops out for the viewer. You must also have a subject that is easily able to stand out. This strategy makes a simple image for viewers to enjoy.
One of the most popular photography strategies used is the Getting Close strategy. This strategy allows the viewer to experience what objects are like up close. To be able to take a close picture, you should have a camera that has clear focus and a good zoom. You should get relatively close to the object so that you only have to use a little focus. You should also take the picture at an unusual angle so that you can grab the viewer's attention more easily. Then, you should zoom in the slightest bit and check to see if your camera is in focus. After that, BAM! You have your Getting Close photo. Another common tip used when taking a photo is Rule of Thirds. Rule of Thirds is a way to take pictures that helps the viewer focus on one main section of the image. The image would be divided into nine individual squares (three lines going down and three lines going across), which can help you as a reference for taking a close or far away picture. The subject should not be in the very center, for it would not bring the viewer's attention to another point in the picture. The three pictures below demonstrate how to take a picture using the right and left sections of the Rule of Thirds strategy. Using this strategy benefits not only the quality of the picture, but also the viewer's interest. The first photography strategy that I would like to share with you all is How to Hold a Camera. While taking a photo, it is very important that you hold a camera properly so that you can get excellent focus and different points of view. You must also make sure that you hold it steady and in a position that is comfortable so that the picture can be taken as many times as possible for the best results. The three pictures below are examples of different ways that you can hold the camera so that you can change the focus of your camera and also catch the viewer's attention better than just taking a regular, blurry picture of the subject. I started off with taking unsteady pictures of my subjects so that I could show you the results of an uncomfortable position. It drags the attention away from your subject and makes the picture dull. When I changed the direction of my subject and took the picture at a different and steady angle, it was easier to take and also made my picture more interesting.
